Automatic Mixing

Set the undiluted die lubricant to an arbitrary dilution ratio and automatically dilute and mix.

Adjust the discharge rate of the undiluted die lubricant with a fixed amount of diluted water and mix.

Possible to make a more accurate diluent by detecting the amount of diluted water with a microsensor for a fixed amount of release agent stock solution. (Dilution accuracy ± 3%)

No need air pressure tank

With conventional air pressure tanks, when the amount of diluent in the tank decreases, the casting work must be stopped and discharge the diluted die lubricant, but by adopting a diaphragm pump, the diluent can always be supplied automatically and no need to use a pressure tank.
By adopting an air pump, a pressure tank is no longer required, and can be easy to adjust the pumping amount of the diluent.
By eliminating the pressure tank, the diluent can be agitated at any time (always) using a pressure pump.

Installation can be completed with only 100V power supply, water and aire supply without complicated plumbing work.
Internal design considering parts replacement and maintenance.

MK-type light alloy melting furnace

This equipment automatically melts non-ferrous light alloys such as aluminum, zinc, solder alloy, and copper alloy at any set temperature.

This device uses a vacuum pump to raise the degree of vacuum inside the tank, and opens and closes the valve to create a vacuum inside the mold and various equipment.

Burners for light alloys melting

This equipment melts non-ferrous light alloys using fuels such as gas and heavy oil as a heat source.

Temperature controls

This equipment keeps the temperature constant by shutting off the burning heat when it reaches an arbitrary temperature setting when melting non-ferrous metals using heat sources such as gas, heavy oil, and electricity.

Hydraulic trimming press

This device circulates hydraulic oil in the circuit with a hydraulic pump, switches the circuit with a solenoid valve, etc. to supply hydraulic oil to the cylinder only when operating up and down, and operates slides and cushions directly connected to the cylinder.

Waste water treatment equipment

This device directly passes wastewater through a UF membrane module with a fine pore size for physical filtration.
Wastewater is separated into "clean treated water" that has passed through the membrane surface and "wastewater components" such as oil that do not pass through.

Various robots

We handle industrial robot systems in various processes such as machining, assembly, and molding processes, including industrial robot systems in the aluminum die casting casting process.

Oil-based equipment
